The Challenge

DoorPlants Services is the largest gardening solutions provider in Karnataka. When this niche business approached us, their problem statement was straightforward, “Get us more leads.” The organization had a large and experienced team that knew exactly how to execute projects but the problem was that leads were hard to come by for their services such as vertical gardening, terrace gardening, landscaping, etc.

The Approach

Through a consultative approach, we realized that there was a huge market for DoorPlants’ offerings but they were simply not able to reach to the right audience. We designed a two-pronged approach – a perfect combination of digital marketing and event activation. We began by creating an e-commerce website with the intent of lead generation. Google My Business was leveraged for local leads. Targeted Facebook campaigns specifically designed
for new home owners were run. Architects and interior decorators too were looped in. Event activation was conceptualized and the venue was chosen to be ACETech 2018 – a gala annual real estate expo hosted by the Economic Times. It was specifically chosen keeping in mind the presence of intent audience comprising of new home owners, architects, interior designers and more. DoorPlants’ grand presence during the event with actual replicas of
their various offering being put on display naturally attracted huge interest.

The Result

The digital marketing efforts resulted in over 500 qualified inquiries each month from channels such as Google PPC, Facebook Marketing and Google My Business Pages. The event activation, on the other hand, saw unprecedented footfall to the booth. Over 150 qualified leads voluntarily chose to share their contact numbers with DoorPlants – all in one single day. We had delivered exactly what the client desired – the prime reason why we still have an ongoing engagement with them.
